Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Additional delays due to high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of our control.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that s/he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible for an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address. 

If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us at hello@shopmodausa.com within 5 hours. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee any changes.

Our shipments all include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your shipping address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We are not held responsible or accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered.

ShopModaUSA is NOT responsible for:

  • Delays with USPS or UPS shipping
  • International Duties or Customs Charges

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $75. For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

In-store pickup

Our in-store pickup hours will be available starting July 1, 2021. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup, by appointment only, at our store located at 1519 Lake Baldwin Lane, Suite B, Orlando, Florida 32814. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

International Shipping

SHOPMODAUSA is currently shipping to only a few International countries. We anticipate expanding our International shipping policy.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@shopmodausa.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
